Unfortunately we are experiencing more than the usual problems with this server. We are working hard to reconnect the Swiss internet access. It might be possible, that we have to change the server. In that case we will need about 48 hours to integrate a new swiss server into our server pool.
We are very sorry for that inconvenience and will inform you on our blog, when the Swiss access is reestablished.
Update: Our first attempt to integrate a new server failed. We are now trying to set-up a different server.
Update: Unfortunately it took us longer than expected to replace our Swiss server. However we are happy to announce, that we now have a new server in place. At the same time we have increased network performance and added an additional layer of redundancy. So we are pretty sure an outage like this won’t happen again.
